Senior Designer

The person we are looking for must be committed to help grow the agency. He/She must be versatile, have the hunger to succeed and be a team player, ability to think out-of-the box, generate great ideas and concept for an integrated campaign.

You design experiences that set standards for others to follow. You do this through conceptual direction, production, sketching, prototyping, and planning. You love the craft, the collaboration, and the grit it takes to make something great.

We are looking for a cool, young, smart and idea-driven Graphic Designer with or without experience.

What you’ll do:

To assist in the formulation, development and preparation of designs for marketing materials and collaterals.

To design promotional / marketing materials - magazine / newspaper ads, catalogue brochure, banners, books and annual report etc.

To coordinate the printing production process to ensure quality and accuracy (must have knowledge on the printing / production side)

To work closely with marketing team on execution and delivery of priority design projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

Required skill(s): adobe in design, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop. Good Illustration skill is an advantage.

Required language(s): Chinese, English

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.

Copywriter cum Marketing Executive

Good writing skills, must have a passion for writing comprehensive press release, news, speeches and articles with a good command in English.

Responsible in developing communication strategies for an effective online and offline PR & marketing campaign for in-house brand and key accounts. This will include developing proposals & presenting it to key accounts, as well as maintaining a good relationship with various editors from all press & media (mainstream papers, online and journals)

Marketing coordination will include pitching of marketing strategies, developing & implementing brand marketing & advertising campaigns; developing marketing collaterals; market research; online & social media ideas, promotions and maintenance; execution of campaign and preparation of reports.

What you’ll do:

Copywriting

Concept development

Content creation for social media

Manage advertising and marketing channels

Track and analyze social media performance

Client servicing

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

Excellent in written & oral English. Additional written & oral languages in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin will be a plus.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Creative, elegant, friendly, self-motivated, independent and possess a pleasant personality.

Required Skill(s): Self-motivated and able to function independently

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
